Orders ship to Canada and the United States.
Processing
Orders usually ship within 8 to 24 hours.
Carriers
- Canada: Canada Post Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel, with UPS on occasion
- United States: DHL Express Worldwide
Delivery times
- Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days.
- Some remote areas of Canada may take 5 to 6 business days.
- Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
United States orders
Duties and import fees are prepaid and included in the US shipping fee. No additional charges are collected at delivery.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email once the order ships.
Shipping address
- Please review the shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
- To correct an address, reach out as soon as possible. Changes can't be made once an order has shipped.
Delivery concerns
- If a parcel is late, missing or appears lost, contact customer care within 14 days of the expected delivery date and include the order number.
- Each case is reviewed with the carrier, and a resolution is offered once the review is complete.
